Brinlie's 1st Birthday was on Tuesday, Sept. 2nd. We celebrated early at Great-Grandma June's house over Labor Day weekend. Lots of family were there to help Brinlie celebrate her fabulous first year of life. Mommy decided to be bad and give Brinlie an entire cupcake--chocolate even! She LOVED it! Proving she's just like her mommy more and more each day! The day before we left for UT, Daddy noticed that Brinlie has two teeth coming in on the bottom. So far only one has poked through and we're patiently waiting for them to come completely through so Brinlie will be her old, happy self once again! Her one year Dr. appt. is next week and we'll be sure to keep you updated!
"I can't believe they haven't taken this yummy stuff away from me! I'll start out with the sweet white frosting on top. Mmmmm...sprinkles."
"Uh, What chocolate cupcake are you referring to? I haven't seen anything like that around here!"
"Yep, that's right--I'm the Birthday Girl and I ate an ENTIRE cupcake!!! Hello sugar coma!"

How absolutely adorable! I can't believe she ate the whole cupcake. And I am impressed that she is hardley messy at all. A few crumbs, but no frosting smeared in her hair or anything! Happy b-day Brinlie!
Yeah! Happy Birthday! We were in UT for Labor Day too. We should have coordinated to see each other. Brinlie is a little dolly.
I'm glad you gave her a cupcake--birthdays warrent a little spoiling after all! I'm glad she is finally getting some teath to help with the process :)
