Now that Brinlie is very mobile, she gets into a lot of things that one just didn't think about needing childproofing. Some of her favorites are bookshelves and any cords. Yep. I think we have a reader on our hands. On Thursday she started climbing the stairs all by herself. I can't believe how big she's getting. This kiddo is making me keep my house cleaner. She does a trick called the "human vacuum" where she eats anything that's on the floor. She finds the tiniest piece of lint and puts it in her mouth. YUCK! Needless to say, she just turns and gives me the biggest smile when she's doing things she knows she's not supposed to!
"I love any and all cords! What do these ones do?"
"What good books does Daddy have in here?"
"I found Daddy's comics! I'm sure he won't mind the slober!"
"Wait a minute. Why is this metal gate here? Dax and I want to go downstairs!"

Oh my gosh, Seth and are going to be in SOOO much trouble when Jaxon learns to crawl, we have so many cords around the house it's crazy!
I am sure now that Brinlie is crawling you basically get no time to just hang out, she's probably all over the house....I cannot even imagine how difficult that can be.
Brinlie find dad's climbing gear and that gate will be no match for you.
