Just a couple more pics from the fast and furious spring break fun. Sorry we didn't get a chance to see everyone. I hope we get more time to see more people (friends and such) when we visit again in June. We'll keep you posted on the dates and make some playdates! :)

Spring Break Fun

Last week Brin and I went to UT to visit family for spring break. Unfortunately Daddy had to stay behind and work. While we were there we went to the U of U campus to get some Utah gear, Backers Bakery (YUMMY!!!), Cafe Rio, and the new aquarium in SLC. Our cousins Chloe and Addy joined us and had a great time seeing lots of fish and playing in the water. Brin had 3 of her grandmas accompanying her at the aquarium! Overall it was a fun visit and we hope to see everyone again real soon!

Alright, we are having a debate about which photo to use for a contest we are entering. Please leave us a comment with your vote for your favorite picture of Brin. We need your vote ASAP--this Thursday at the latest. Brin and I went to my friend T's house and she took these adorable pics of Brin last week. She's too stinkin' cute and I can't decide which one to use.

Pigtails! Hooray!

Don't you just love pigtails on little girls??!! I do! Brinlie finally has enough hair to do two small pigtails. Hooray!

Denver Children's Museum

Last weekend we made a trip to Denver to go to the Children's museum. There were so many things to do there! Brin had a great time running all over and interacting with many, many kiddos! She danced around on the dance floor surrounded by mirrors; she played in a "cottage", "birds nest" and crawled around in an underground tunnel; she also "shopped" for groceries at the store; put on a puppet show with mommy; and explored a real fire truck. We can hardly wait until she's a little older and able to do more. We will return!

A 1st birthday shout out to my friend Kate! Hope this next year is a great one! Now get walking so we can create chaos for our parents together!!! (We'll get all of the dogs in our plan too!)

For over a month I tried and tried to get a cute picture of Brin with a Santa hat on. She absolutely refused to cooperate. (Big surprise) The above pics are just a few examples of her reaction. The only time she would willingly wear the hat, the camera was either no where near us, too slow, or she'd rip it off the minute I got the camera out. This was one battle I was not going to win. Oh, well. Maybe next year. (But don't count on it!)
